looking for a first luge

want something complete and fairly cheap around 200

Short of building your own, it will be difficult to find a luge that cheap. Especially complete.

You can build a buttboard (you can find instructions on butboarding.com) for about $100. A gumball machine could probably be built for roughly the same amount.

I can weld is their anyway i could make a metal luge or would that be too hard to create

Depends on how cheap you can get the metal. Aluminum isn't cheap, although if you work for a shop you might be able to get it cheaper.

There are some designs floating around the internet, or you can take a look at pictures on my website for ideas.
