Cheap Custom Wood Luges For Sale

Postby Da Legit Master » Tue Apr 17, 2012 6:19 pm

I Have been making luges for a while now and decided to start selling them. Just call or text me your height, the colors you want for the deck, and the colors for the hardware. I brush paint, so you can pick the exact color you want at Lowes or any hardware store. I will sell the deck with or without trucks and wheels. With no trucks, wheels, etc., the boards are $200. With everything, they are $430. High end parts will match your colors. You pay for shipping. I live in Atlanta. My number: 404-416-7578.

What kind of wood are you making these out of? What about handles? Why are your front trucks so far apart? Are you test riding these before you send them out? If so, on what kind of hill?

I dont know where to get handles yet. I the Bottom board is Oak, and i make the main board out of whatever strong wood is the cheapest. The lifted parts are made of pine 2 by 4's that are wood glued and bolted together. Ill post some pics of my newer ones soon. I Test ride them at at about 45mph because thats the biggest safe hill around here. And for the Trucks, This was my first board and it was around 11 when i drilled the holes. My Newer boards have a much better design and will work a lot better at higher speeds.
