The SL Network gives you the latest news and info from your local clubs. You will find information about the sport, the riders, luge training and health as well as how to get into Street Luge safely. you can also connect with like mined people around the world and help promote the sport by becoming an Ambassador.

The SL Networks information, data base and network is largest collection of Streetluge information ever to be combined in one place and its only getting bigger.

The stretches page is the latest addition to the Health and Well Being section of the SL Network. This page will give you information on basic stretches with pictures and instructions to help you complete them correctly.

Regular stretching during your day and stretching before riding improves your riding ability; it also helps you to avoid some injury's that can be sustained during crashes.

A big thank you goes out to Hanks Place Australia for compiling the information used in this section. Stay tuned as there is even more information being complied to help you get the most out of your Luge experiences and life itself!
