I wonder if anyone can help me. I am trying to find out where in Europe I can purchase a Zinger Luge with brakes . Thank you :)

   That thing looks erm, interesting. Just from looking on google it doesn't look like there are any stores selling them in the EU, though you may be able to ship one over?

If you decide against that for whatever reason I would strongly suggest this complete streetluge: http://www.longboardalm.at/longboardalm ... t&info=486

I hope you find what you are looking for :D

I read the description and read:
Hand activated brake lever
(as seen on X-Games and Gravity Games)

Really? I never knew that was even allowed within the rules even then, can anyone shed some light or is it just monorail-esque sales talk?

What in the world is a zinger luge?

http://www.skatebrake.com/zinger.html

Looks like a low speed contraption using a hand brake.
They have a slick looking brochure trying to get people to build luge parks. I'm not sure I get the "license rights for X-Games and professional luge racing events."
They are listed as a member of IGSA and yet these "luges" are illegal.

Well your best bet is to google it, or try to contact them directly.

Another website claims "As seen on X-Games and Gravity Games" Yeah... uhmmm... no this was never seen on the X-Games or Gravity Games.
And what are "hand cast P.U. wheels?"

HAHA Zingers are awesome!!

I rode one back in 2004 and it was weird! but great fun. the brake worked quite well, but it was at white air so speeds were slow and i was alot lighter then. Also i found riding it the wrong way round worked better?!

Dunno where you can get them from tho....

Will try and dig out a picture of me on one tho!
